We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming collaborative conversation, Identifying Victims of Human Trafficking in Healthcare: Recognition in Practice and the Overlooked Case of Older Adults. In this meeting, Cynthia Beal, DNP, MBA-HM, RN, will explore the realities of human trafficking through an evidence-based healthcare lens, helping participants distinguish myths from facts, recognize red flags across care settings, and better understand the unique vulnerabilities of older adults who may be experiencing trafficking. Together, we will discuss practical strategies and opportunities for improvement that can strengthen identification, screening, and response efforts within healthcare systems, ultimately supporting safer and more effective care for vulnerable populations.
